Hi, I’m Ally Blanch—and I created Back to Self because I know exactly what it feels like to lose yourself under the weight of expectations.

I hit rock bottom in the early days of motherhood, trying to live up to society’s version of success—pushing through, overachieving, and abandoning my own needs in the process. I was exhausted, disconnected, and stuck in a loop of self-sacrifice.

It wasn’t until I found the courage to slow down, regulate my nervous system, and begin the deep work of coming home to myself that everything began to shift.
And now, it’s my mission to support other women in doing the same.

I hold powerful, safe spaces where transformation runs deep—because this work isn’t about surface-level motivation.
It’s about reconnecting to your body, releasing what no longer serves you, and building a life from regulation, self-trust, and aligned action.

With a background in education and leadership, I’ve spent over a decade guiding others to their potential—with empathy, clarity, and a deep understanding of what it means to be human.

I bring my lived experience, trauma-informed training, and top character strengths—perspective, social intelligence, leadership, and a love of learning—into every session, workshop, and group I facilitate.

  • Yes! We offer flexible payment plans to make this program as accessible as possible. You can choose to pay upfront or in weekly installments, we can provide extended payment options as well. Payment details are outlined during the registration process.

  • Once you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome email with all the details about the program, including your first steps, call schedule, and access to our private group chat. We’ll guide you every step of the way to ensure you feel prepared and supported.


  • Calls are scheduled weekly on a day and time that is established by the group in the first week, via Zoom. The schedule is designed to be consistent, but we’ll notify you in advance if any adjustments are necessary.

  • Group coaching provides a supportive and collaborative environment where you’ll connect with like-minded women on a similar journey. We’ll meet weekly via Zoom for 60-90 minutes to explore specific topics. Each session includes discussion, exercises, and practical takeaways. You’ll also have access to a group chat for continued support between sessions.

  • All sessions are recorded and will be available to you if you can't make it live. You’ll still receive the weekly tasks and have the opportunity to catch up and participate in discussions via the group chat. 

  • While one-on-one coaching is personalised to your specific journey, Back to Self provides the added benefit of a group dynamic where you can learn from others, share insights, and support each other. It’s a more affordable way to receive guidance and still experience profound transformation.

  • You’ll need to commit to one 60-90 minute group session per week, plus additional time for weekly tasks and reflection exercises. The total time commitment is about 2-3 hours per week. 

  • By the end of the 12 weeks (based on your own commitment) you can expect to have:

    • Released limiting beliefs that have been holding you back.

    • Gained a deeper understanding of your self-worth and core values.

    • Developed healthy boundary-setting skills.
